If you want to download a copy of a report that you previously produced, we'd recommend logging into Armalytix on a computer or laptop (https://prod-web.armalytix.com/login) and downloading from there.
Click on "My Reports" and then the type of file you'd like to download:
You may need to "Allow" the page to download the file to your computer. Once downloaded, you'll find the password to unlock the file has been emailed to you. Please type in the password rather than copy and paste it from the email.
If you download multiple copies of your report, the password will remain the same for each file.
If you only have access to an iPhone or iPad, they don't make it easy, but it can be done by following the steps outlined in this article.
