If you want to download a copy of a report that you previously produced, we'd recommend logging into Armalytix on a computer or laptop (https://prod-web.armalytix.com/login) and downloading from there. If you only have access to an iPhone or iPad, they don't make it easy, but it can be done by following these steps:
Click on "My Reports"
Click on the relevant report type to download
Click "Download"
Click OK
The file has been downloaded to the "Downloads" folder of your iPhone's "Files" app. Before going to the app, open your email and find the email that you just received from Armalytix containing the password for the file - copy the password by clicking it and selecting "Copy":
Now head to the "Files" app, select the "Downloads" folder, and click on the file that you downloaded. When prompted to enter a password, click in the box & paste in the password that you just copied from your email:
Once you've done that, you'll see that a new folder has been created in your Downloads folder - click that and you'll find your unlocked file inside š.
