Armalytix only asks for information relevant to the request that we have been asked to help you compile. If you're completing an Account Verification, we'll only collect account-level information, and if you're providing a Transaction Download we'll only collect the transaction and balance information relevant to the period in question.
If you've been asked to provide Source of Funds then this involves transaction and balance information from your bank, alongside answers to questions to explain where you got the money from, and documents to support those answers. Armalytix is designed to collect exactly (and only!) the information required to easily understand and confirm where you got your money from, and to package all this up into an easy-to-understand report - we don't have access to any other information that you may have already provided outside of Armalytix, so it's possible the system may ask for information that you've already provided.
We use bank-level security to securely store and transmit your information to the company that asked for it, so you can be assured that it's safe. If you feel strongly that you don't want to provide any information because you already provided it, you should discuss the need for an Armalytix report with the company that asked you to do it.
