When completing your identity check you will be asked to submit documents to show proof of your address. You can either upload documents from your device or you can take a photo of them. We would recommend uploading PDF documents from your device if you can.
You will be asked to select the country of the address you want to verify and the type of document you are uploading. Please note that different documents have different recency requirements, ranging from 3 months to 12 months.
Tips for success:
Ensure you are in a well-lit room
Ensure the whole document fits within the frame and no details are cut off
Lay the document on a flat surface and take the photo from above
Do not use flash or direct sunlight which can cause glare
